Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Data subject and Controller
By selecting the mandatory checkbox and submitting a form on property-thai.ru, the user gives consent to the Controller: Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Nikolaevich Evstigneev, taxpayer identification number (INN) 300435681000, individual entrepreneur registration number (OGRNIP) 320237500089791.
2. Scope of data
The consent covers the user’s name, phone number, email when provided, message and enquiry parameters, as well as URL, source and advertising parameters, form and request identifiers, IP address, User-Agent, and the date and time of consent.
3. Purposes
- responding to the enquiry and preparing a shortlist;
- consultation and handling of the request;
- identification of repeat enquiries, anti-fraud controls and quality assurance;
- evidence of the fact and conditions under which consent was obtained.
4. Processing operations
Permitted operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, transfer to processors to the extent necessary, anonymisation, restriction and deletion.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law. To withdraw consent, use the secure website form marked “Withdrawal of Consent”.
6. Marketing communications
Consent to marketing and informational messages is requested through a separate optional checkbox. Refusing it does not prevent submission of the main enquiry.
